It's a true battle now. On my third day, I'm really missing all my comfort foods. I even had dreams last night about my food. I was greedily eating some 'roti canai' (asian pancake) in one of the dreams, then I woke up panicking, thinking that I have broken my carb limit. How awful the dream was...I even had several more dreams last night, eating all the food I like subconciously. My god...this is quite hard.
However, here's the list of food I took yesterday:
2 eggs (0g)
2 piece Chicken breast (0g)
1 piece high fiber bread (10g)
1/2 can Diet coke (0g)
1 packet green pea snack (16g)
Total Carb 26.0g
My carb intake was still more than 2og, but I think this is acceptable. If compared to the mealplan given in the official Atkins website, this is absolutely still ok.
On the weight lost side of the story, I lost another 1/2kg today. UUhhhh..I love this diet. I also keep measuring my waist everyday. From the day I started, I already lost 2inches from my waist..hoorayy.
There's 12 more days left in my induction phase. God, please give me strength.
